立法院紀律委員會正在調查柯建銘關說案，紀委會召委、國民黨立委呂學樟表示，紀委會目前看不出立法院長王金平有涉及司法關說案，現階段調查對王金平有利。

呂學樟說，確實要釐清有無司法關說，有的話考紀處理沒有問題；沒有的話紀委會要把資料交給國民黨考紀會，還王金平清白。
