百米長羊肉捲餅 「岡山羊肉節」周日登場

「2013岡山羊肉美食節」星期日(12月1日)登場，去年用「千人涮羊肉」做宣傳，今年則有一百公尺長的「世界最長羊肉捲餅」為號召，活動當天將由百位廚師共同製作「世界最長羊肉捲餅」，分享給到場遊客免費品嘗。(林憲源報導)

「岡山羊肉」遠近馳名，岡山區公所每年入冬舉辦「羊肉美食節」聚集人氣，去年有「千人涮羊肉」，今年則以「世界最長羊肉捲餅」，號召一百位廚師在活動當天一起製作，「世界最長羊肉捲餅」要當場免費分享給遊客。

高市民政局長曾姿雯說，「岡山羊肉美食節」已經連續舉辦十年，每一年岡山區公所都出奇招宣傳，今年則是「世界最長羊肉捲餅」，將由一百位廚師一起製作，捲餅全長一百公尺，世界最長。

「世界最長羊肉捲餅」使用的食材是岡山三寶：蜂蜜、豆瓣醬、以及羊肉。餅皮是蜂蜜捲餅，內餡主角則是沾了豆瓣醬的岡山羊肉。「世界最長羊肉捲餅」將在活動當天12月1日和遊客分享，預計可以分享給一千人品嘗。

今年「2013岡山羊肉美食節」也舉辦「樂活慢跑」，分成全馬、半馬、以及七公里健跑組，各組前三名會獲得羊角頭圖案的獎牌。

另外，活動中將有各地高手參與的「羊肉料理比賽」，獲得前三名的羊肉料理，主辦單位會將食譜做法提供給岡山的各羊肉店加以推廣。
