挺多元成家 立委：勿因怕而禁止

國民黨中常委林滄敏今在中常會上提案，指「多元成家」概念衝擊台灣傳統家庭概念，在行政部門研議、取得共識前，應暫緩修法，此案並經黨主席馬英九裁定成立專案小組，討論政策方向。

支持多元成家理念的民進黨立委鄭麗君表示，「婚姻平權」的民法修正草案已經付委，立法院並無任何機制可以暫緩修法。她尊重個別立委表達反對意見，但強調此議題應回歸法律制度面、花時間細細討論，「不要因為恐懼而逃避，不要因為害怕而禁止」。

她表示，目前社會上的反對理由充斥歧視與偏見，出現許多恐同、反同的言論，身為民代，有責任引導社會去除偏見、討論重要公共議題。她肯定公部門舉行公聽會、促進社會理性討論，也歡迎行政部門提出對案。
