遼寧艦抵南海 菲：升高緊張

菲律賓外交部發言人耶南德茲(Raul Hernandez)今天(27日)表示，中國唯一的航空母艦遼寧號，即將抵達存在領土爭議的南海，展開首度軍事訓練任務，將升高緊張情勢。

根據中國軍方的消息，遼寧艦26日從山東青島起航，在導彈驅逐艦瀋陽艦、石家莊艦，以及導彈護衛艦煙台艦、濰坊艦的伴隨下，編隊前往南海。中國表示，這是一次例行任務。

南海存在主權爭議，有6個國家宣稱擁有主權，除了中國和菲律賓以外，還包括台灣、馬來西亞、汶萊以及越南。

耶南德茲說，遼寧艦在南海的部署是令人憂心的發展，不但升高了緊張，違反了中國和東南亞國家協會所簽署的南海行為準則宣言，同時也違反包括聯合國海洋法公約(U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea)在內的國際法。
