庫德族石油輸往土耳其 可望耶誕節展開

伊拉克庫德族自治區總理巴爾札尼(Necirvan Barzani)今天(27日)談到他與土耳其領導人，談妥將自治區內的石油輸往土國一事，他表示輸出石油的作業將從下個月開始，時間可望在耶誕節之前。

伊拉克境內的庫德族自治區，一直努力摒除巴格達政府的控制，獨自向外販售石油，但是如此一來，卻引發與伊拉克中央政府，如何瓜分石油資源的爭議。

巴爾札尼今天在土國首都安卡拉，向記者們表示，一條從庫德族自治區通往土國境內的輸油管，可望「在耶誕節之前」開始輸出石油。但是巴爾札尼未多做說明。

巴爾朼尼目前人在安卡拉訪問，今天與土國總理艾爾段(Recep Tayyip Erdogan)、以及能源暨天然資源部長尤迪茲(Taner Yildiz)舉行會談，討論雙方的能源協協議。

庫德族自治區到土國的這條輸油管，預計未來每天可望輸出30萬桶石油，但是僅占伊拉克10月份，每天輸出225萬桶石油的其中一小部份。
