摧毀核電廠說 卡住原能會預算

馬英九總統「摧毀核電廠」言論引發後續效應！昨天立法院審查原能會預算，綠委輪番要求原能會主委蔡春鴻解釋何謂「摧毀核電廠」？雙方毫無交集，輪值民進黨召委邱志偉宣布，擇期要求原能會專案報告後再審預算。

昨天立法院教育及文化委員會審查原能會預算，「摧毀核電廠」意外成焦點。民進黨立委邱志偉、鄭麗君、何欣純輪番詢問，斷然處置措施是否就是摧毀核電廠？

蔡春鴻解釋，馬總統的意思應該是「放棄」，並非摧毀。因為若無法把狀況控制住，就須放棄核電廠，可能引入海水等措施。

綠委和蔡春鴻雙方激烈交鋒，卻毫無交集，邱志偉甚至對蔡春鴻說，「你愈解釋，愈摧毀我們對原能會的信心，心情很沉重，沉重到沒辦法審。」會議僅半小時即散會，並要求原能會專案報告，好好解釋什麼是摧毀核電廠及何謂斷然處置措施後再來審。

內政部長李鴻源也解釋，馬說法的正確解讀，是指如果發生像日本福島這樣的核電廠冷卻意外事故，「我們有把握在好幾個防線，可以把冷卻水灌進去。」，盼外界不要亂解讀。
