李天一強姦案 二審維持十年原判

引起大陸各界關注的李天一「強姦案」，北京市第一中級人民法院上午二審宣判，二審判決駁回李天一的上訴，維持十年徒刑原判。

李天一是大陸著名軍旅歌手李雙江、夢鴿之子，他與同案其他被告被控輪流性侵害一名女子，一審判決李天一有期徒刑十年，其他被告分處三至十二年不等徒刑。

一審判決後，夢鴿不斷透過媒體放話，上訴申辯無罪判決，結果引發絕大多數網民反彈。
