北韓指責美國堅持不當的前提條件

有關重啟六方會談問題，北韓外交部發言人表示，北韓希望透過對話和協商解決問題，但決不會接受美國堅持的不當的前提條件。

六方會談美方團長、美國對北韓政策特別代表戴衛斯，最近訪問首爾時表示，如果北韓不改變態度，六方會談恐難得到重啟，同時將加強對北韓的施壓強度。

針對戴衛斯的談話，北韓外交部昨天表示，美國再次暴露出，美國對重啟六方會談，根本不感興趣。那些在過去幾次的六方會談中承諾的義務，美國一個也沒有落實。如今，美國卻要求北韓單方面做出讓步，並且拒絕舉行會談。美國提出前提條件，不管何時都會被認為是不合理的舉措。而由此導致的後果，都要由美國來承擔。（王長偉 首爾報導）
