高盛示警：新興市場未來展望不樂觀

高盛公司對投資人提出警訊：新興市場未來表現將持續令人失望，建議投資人將當地的投資曝險削減三分之一。

高盛建議投資人轉以「溫和」態度操控風險資產，應將目前對新興市場的投資曝險減去三分之一，也就是從整體投資組合的 9％減至 6％。報告警示指出，盡管資產價格便宜，投資吸引力看來偏高，但目前不是增加新興市場投資組合比重的好時機。

高盛報告指出，2003-2007 年新興市場蓬勃發展的景況，只是特殊經濟環境下的產物，不太可能再度上演，要改善目前成長走向，所需的政治和經濟改革負擔太過沈重。在中國、巴西和俄羅斯等國家中，不看好的悲觀情緒常見原因，包括國家政府過度干涉經濟、對於商品依賴漸增，以及人口趨勢發展不利等等。
