台東跨年螢光晚會 螢光手環髮圈免費送

台東縣政府舉辦的跨年晚會，三十一號晚間八點將在台東市海濱公園國際地標展開，今年以螢光彩繪為主打，邀請民眾上台比美，優勝者將抱回最新版的iphone5C，而壓軸還有長達六分鐘的花式煙火，整個晚會將燃燒六百多萬的經費。

台東縣長黃健表示，台東縣是全國最早看到每年第一道曙光的地方，因此，跨年活動與迎曙光相結合，今年除了邀請台語天后黃乙玲，歌手潘越雲等人外，特別設計了廣受歡迎的螢光元素，晚會現場開放民眾免費索取螢光手環，螢光髮圈，螢光眼鏡等，共計五千四百份，還有免費的螢光人體彩繪服務，當晚開放民眾上台「比美」選秀，只要穿得夠鮮豔，就有機會抱回最新版的iphone5C。
