週日雨緩溫升 週一再變濕

又濕又冷的天氣持續好幾天，中央氣象局今天表示，雖然今天各地會稍微回溫，下雨情況也會緩和，但星期一東北季風報到，北部、東部又是濕答答的天氣，而且27號、星期五，又有另一波強烈大陸冷氣團報到，下週末的天氣恐怕又要冷颼颼。

受冷空氣影響，22號清晨全台氣溫仍然偏低，但白天開始冷氣團強度稍微減弱，預計北部地區跟宜蘭的高溫會回升到15度、16度，比前一天上升2度左右；中南部地區跟台東、花蓮高溫在則18度到21度之間。

至於天氣降雨部分，中央氣象局預報員蔡耀德說：因為水氣減少，22號的降雨時間會稍微縮短。

預報員提醒，自星期一開始一直到星期四又會受東北季風影響，水氣會再次增加，主要降雨區域還是落在北部跟東半部地區，其中，基隆北海岸、宜蘭地區的降雨時間會比較長，但溫度不會下降太多；至於下一波強烈大陸冷氣團，預計27號星期五會再次南下，到時候溫度又會向下探底，預計下週五、六北部地區低溫又會降到11度、12度左右，中南部地區也可能在12度到14度之間，民眾要開始準備禦寒。
