沒處方籤不給藥　過敏少女死在藥局門口

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】愛爾蘭14歲少女史隆(Emma Sloan)，日前與父母及2位妹妹一起到都柏林一家中國餐廳用餐，從小對花生嚴重過敏的史隆，因為錯把餐桌上一盤沙茶醬當作咖哩醬沾了東西吃下去，沒多久氣喘就發作，幾乎無法呼吸，剛好當天她和爸媽身上都沒帶氣喘與抗過敏藥物，餐廳隔壁就是一家藥局，爸媽就帶著史隆到藥局，想買一種注射針劑先幫她解決眼前無法呼吸的問題。

藥局內只有一名男性工作人員，確認藥局有這種針劑後，工作人員卻對他們表示：「這款針劑需要醫師處方籤，我不能賣給你」，工作人員十分堅持不賣，並勸史隆的父母應該把她帶到醫院再說，但史隆已經無法呼吸，當場死在藥局門口。

在救護車趕到之前，剛好還有一名醫生路過，路旁圍著很多人，還有痛哭的史隆父母與她的2個妹妹，路過的醫師試著替她進行心肺復甦術，但她已停了呼吸。史隆送到醫院時已經死亡。

這起案例引發大量討論，愛爾蘭當地的藥師公會、兒童福利部等權責機關全都被要求出席近日將召開的公聽會。
