「停工令」寄達 環保警察隨時稽查確認遵守

高雄市環保局表示：「停工令」已經寄達日月光公司，同時也寄發副本給環保警察。停工生效後，環保警察以及環保局會不定期前往停工的K7廠稽查，也許下星期一就會前往，稽查的範圍就是停工的晶圓製程，以確認K7廠確實遵守停工命令。

至於日月光K7廠何時可以復工?依照程序，是由日月光針對被停工的事項，主動提出改善計畫，向環保局申請「復工」，環保局會委由專家審查計畫內容是否足以改善目前的污染現況，再決定是否准予復工。
