吳宗憲涉聯明掏空案　被判刑1年半緩刑3年

綜藝天王吳宗憲因經營的公司周轉不靈，在2011年7月遭指控掏空上櫃「聯明科技行動公司」3000萬元，台北地方法院27日依違反《證交法》等罪嫌，判處吳宗憲1年6個月有期徒刑，緩刑3年，併科罰金300萬。

檢方追查上櫃「聯明科技行動公司」的現金流向，卻發現聯明科技行動公司前董事長許豐揚掏空公司6000萬元，還將這筆現金部分轉向吳宗憲開設的阿爾發光子科技公司，檢方調查後認為吳宗憲是「假交易、真借貸」，屬於違法行為。

吳宗憲因為此案在去年3月13日被依違反證交法起訴，檢方調查發現，吳宗憲在和聯明公司簽約拿到錢後，並未將其作為公用，反而挪用新台幣1250萬作為私人用途。

台北地方法院今天審理此案，依違反《證交法》等罪嫌，判處吳宗憲1年6個月有期徒刑，緩刑3年，併科罰金300萬。
