有人在OB嚴選購物七天鑒賞期內退貨要自付運費的嗎？

網購這麼久

第一次碰到

鑒賞期內退貨要自付運費的賣家

這家根本就是地雷的說

客服電話完全打不通

客服信箱至少要一天才回複

跟客服詢問退回來的購物金為什麼少了50塊

回答卻是

這筆物流服務費並非由他們收取的唷～那我們於頁面上有說明於收到退貨商品，退

款金額將不包含運費(物流服務費)、回饋金，將以純商品當筆訂單訂購金額為主～

付款的時候明明就是他們收的

衣服沒買到，還要自付50塊

實在有夠嘔

絕對不會再想光顧

再一個這家退貨通常都是退購物金

而非現金，這不是在強制消費嗎？

這種情況可以通過什麼管道申訴呢
