行政院長江宜樺下午出席台北地方法院審理檢察總長黃世銘洩密案，檢察官詢問江為何在9月10日法務部前部長曾勇夫請辭獲准隔天，還找黃到辦公室？

江供稱，因為記者會時宣布要將當時的法務部長曾勇夫涉案部分移送監察院，但接下來卻沒看到相關報導，所以9月11日曾找黃到辦公室詢問要由特偵組移送監察院或呈上級機關移送。

黃當時答覆，記者會時考慮曾勇夫仍是部長身分，案子如果呈法務部會被擱置，所以才對外說會由特偵組送監察院，但記者會當天曾勇夫已主動請辭，所以就沒這顧慮；不過，特偵組討論是傾向呈行政院移送監察院更恰當。
