安倍拜靖國神社 韓考慮對日外交政策

日本首相安倍晉三參拜靖國神社之後，南韓政府開始重新考慮，對日本的外交基本政策。

到目前為止，南韓政府一直堅持「以正確的歷史認知為基礎，穩定發展韓日關係」的對日外交基礎，但安倍的行為嚴重動搖了這種基礎。

韓聯社引述政府高層官員的話報導，安倍參拜靖國神社之前與之後，情況截然不同，所以難以按照之前的政策基礎繼續走下去。其間，南韓政府為了穩定韓日關係付出了努力，但日本作出的逆歷史潮流的言行，阻礙韓日關係發展。

此次安倍「拜鬼」，使得情況進一步惡化。對此，南韓政府應如何應對還需進一步考慮，政府將在合理明確的基礎下採取措施。

政府其間一直試圖通過高層接觸來恢復兩國關係，並利用多邊對話的機會，提醒日方錯誤的歷史認識，將給東北亞局勢帶來負面影響，引導日本改變對歷史問題的態度。但政府同時還認為，安倍政府在歷史問題上的挑釁，與日本國民無關，因此，將繼續從民間層面，為發展韓日關係付出努力。
