香港保釣會主席 要求北京最高法院起訴日本

人正在北京的香港保釣行動委員會主席羅就，上午到當地最高人民法院會見當值法官，要求立即起訴日本。

羅就接受香港電台採訪時說，去年保釣船「豐二號」被日本政府撞擊，11名成員被非法帶到石垣的那霸，他們要求中國法院起訴日本，要日本賠償。他說， 希望透過中國法院正式立案，體現中國對釣魚島的主權。
