羅智強獲景星勳章 挨批憑什麼

針對前總統府副秘書長羅智強昨天獲贈「二等景星勳章」，民進黨立院黨團今（15）日舉行記者會表示，羅智強贈勳的理由是「協助總統參贊外交」，幹事長高志鵬質疑，羅智強到底參贊什麼？現在還搞到甘比亞斷交，他抨擊馬總統不應以國家名器做為安撫個人的工具。

高志鵬說，羅智強不是任滿而卸任，他是介入政爭、內鬥，臨時下台負責，他說，一個被迫下台的人，卻在兩個月後獲頒獎章，讓其他同樣獲贈「二等景星勳章」的人同為蒙羞，高志鵬表示，他會建議同為前總統府副秘書長的陳其邁「退回」勳章以示抗議。

民進黨立委蔡煌瑯表示，羅智強何德何能可以獲得「二等景星勳章」，之前王貞治、李安都曾獲得「二等景星勳章」，但羅智強的成就可以跟王、李相提併論嗎？他抨擊羅智強只擔任一年多的秘書長，沒有資歷，沒有政績，鬥爭還失敗，馬總統將名器贈勳給自己人，是把「二等景星勳章」給做小了。

民進黨立委陳歐珀則說，前衛生署長葉金川Sars期間奮不顧身，都還沒有獲頒「二等景星勳章」，羅智強身為馬總統親信，任性離職，離職後還公開力挺檢察總長黃世銘，他受到贈勳實在太離譜，浪費國家公器。
