李登輝判無罪　特偵：收到判決再研究上訴

【林益民／台北報導】台北地方法院下午對國安密帳案判決前總統李登輝無罪，而劉泰英則判有罪。特偵組立即做出回應，表示收到判決書後再研究上訴。
 
特偵組表示，當初起訴的證據及理由都相當充分，其中徐炳強及國安局前局長殷宗文，當年在劉泰英陪同下到桃園大溪鴻禧山莊李登輝住處，由徐書寫報告書及備忘錄，就足以證明李及劉對「奉天專案」基金墊款情形非常了解。
