涉越界遭日扣押 台船長獲釋

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭15日電）宜蘭蘇澳籍船長簡連春11月初遭日本扣押。蘇澳區漁會今天說，船主已繳交100萬日元保釋金，人船預計今天獲釋。

近65噸級的蘇澳籍延繩釣漁船「春何豐166號」，6日因在鹿兒島縣口之島東北方10浬的日本領海航行時，被日本保安廳官員登船檢查；船長簡連春隔日被日方依「涉嫌侵犯領海作業」為由，被扣押帶至鹿兒島偵訊。

事發後，外交部駐日本福岡辦事處曾派員前往鹿兒島海上保安廳拘留所，探視簡連春，並希望日方將此案列為最優先處理的審判案件，讓人船早日返台。

蘇澳區漁會下午說，兩天前，船主已繳交100萬元日元保釋金，人船預計下午釋放，最快需2天才能返回南方澳漁港。

「春」船於11月2日由南方澳出港，船上當時除了有簡連春與輪機長陳文宏之外，還有3名菲律賓籍與4名中國大陸籍漁工。「春」船當初原本要前往北太平洋作業，不料此行卻進入日本領海遭扣押。1021115
