涉內線交易　東友科技總經理特助遭約談

【呂志明／台北報導】東友科技(5438)在2011年預計投資光菱電子(8032)，東友發言人兼總經理特助楊其恆，涉嫌在消息尚未公佈前，透過父母等親友，購買光菱電子股票2000餘張，獲利近千萬元，台北地檢署今天指揮調查局北機站，在下午股市收盤後發動搜索約談行動。

成立於1997年的上櫃公司東友科技，隸屬於東元集團-資訊電子事業群，主要經營數位雷射多功能事務機之研發 、設計、生產銷售。2011年8月初，公司決定長期投資上櫃公司光菱電子，預計以2億7千餘萬元買入905.1萬股。

當東友公司決定投資後，總經理特助楊其恆透過雙親及親友的6個人頭帳戶，買入光菱電子股票2000餘張，待同年9月30日消息後佈後股票大漲，楊再出脫手中持股，獲利近千萬元。

台北地檢署指揮調查局北機站今天下午股票收盤後，持法院核發的10張搜索票，前往楊其恆及人頭的住居處執行搜索，並將楊等10餘人約談到案，全案朝違反《證券交易法》內線交易罪方偵辦。
