歐元區10月通膨率0.7%

歐洲聯盟(EU)今天(15日)表示，涵蓋17國的歐元區10月通貨膨脹率下滑至0.7%，這是4年來的最低水準。

根據歐盟統計局(Eurostat)的資料顯示，通膨率(消費者物價年增率)從9月的1.1%降至0.7%，而電價則是通膨的主要推手。

倫敦IHS環球透視(IHS Global Insight)經濟師阿契爾(Howard Archer)表示，「雖然這有助提升購買力，對歐元區來說是項好消息，但通膨率對歐洲央行(ECB)而言過低，不及剛好低於2.0%的目標」。

歐洲央行上週突然提前宣布，將關鍵的再融資利率從0.5%砍至0.25%，完全出乎分析師意料之外。

根據歐洲央行14日公布的調查，歐元區今年平均通膨率估計會達到1.4%，2014年則會微升至1.5%，而2015年將升至1.6%。
