新北警包庇賣淫　收賄款還接受性招待

【林志青╱台北報導】新北市警局蘆洲分局爆發2警包庇色情護膚業者，警政署政風室繼13日逮捕64名業者、賣淫女、嫖客後，昨天晚上及今天上午先後在新北與彰化地區，逮捕時任蘆洲分局行政組、現為蘆洲分局交通組的許銘利（36歲），及時任蘆洲分局延平所專案、現為彰化縣警局和美分局的洪利忠（42歲），目前仍在隔離偵訊中，稍晚移送新北地檢署偵辦。
 
警政署表示，許嫌原在分局行政組負責八大行業業務，許多色情業者為取得查緝取締情資，透過擔任延平派出所專案警員洪嫌行賄，由洪嫌每月與各家業者相約咖啡店、超商，親手交付贓款，每家給每人每月2至3萬不等賄款，洪取款後，再交付許，兩人同時接受業者性招待。
 
警政署指出，今年十月，許嫌與洪嫌不約而同調離原單位，其中洪嫌從延平所調至八里所後，不久統調回彰化縣警局，讓原本要收網的專案小組大吃一驚，由於時間點巧合，似乎有人刻意設下防火牆，不排除案情向上延燒。
