全球最大外包網掛牌首日 股價勁揚四倍

全球用戶逾900萬人的外包網站Freelancer.com 15日在澳洲證交所（ASX）掛牌交易，上市首日股價一度勁揚逾400%。

以用戶數量與專業廣告文案、圖像設計等工作機會計算為全球最大外包網站的Freelancer.com，15日掛牌後股價一路上衝，盤中最高大漲420%至2.6澳幣（2.42美元），終場收漲200%至1.6澳幣。

這遠遠超乎Freelancer.com的IPO訂價每股0.5澳幣，該公司IPO籌得1,500萬澳幣。Freelancer.com共釋出3,000萬股股票。

市場觀察家指出，對Freelancer.com股票的需求會如此強勁，部分是因為該公司先前才拒絕一家日本人力資源業者開價4.27億澳幣的收購提議。

On-Market BookBuilds公司總經理莫特蘭（Nick Motteram）說，市場對Freelancer.com上市案的看法都很正面，但股價上漲四倍可能顯示Freelancer.com的IPO訂價錯誤。
