警界女同志 酒後遭男警載往旅館性侵

警界女同志遭男警酒後載往汽車旅館性侵，事後還因此懷孕進而墮胎；全案經台中高分院審理後，在今（15）日依趁機性交罪，判處涉案男警有期徒刑4年。

根據了解，這起發生在彰化的警界性侵醜聞是在前年12月爆發，涉案的男警酒後將一名有女同志傾向的女警載往汽車旅館，趁該女警酒醉之際予以性侵得逞；案發後被害女警雖發現自己懷孕，但選擇隱忍不想提告，私下進行人工流產善後。不過，涉案的男警卻在事後苦苦糾纏，還經常故意在公事上刁難，因此被害女警才在去年5月提告性侵。

涉案男警到案後供稱，是女警在車上向其挑逗，赴汽車旅館開房間是雙方合意；但女警拿出男警寫給她的信件反駁，信中涉案男警明確寫有，「趁著妳酒醉佔有妳，是我卑鄙」、「誰願意被一個糟老頭欺負」等懺悔言詞。

而庭訊期間，女警也進一步向法官表示，「那段時間喜歡的是女性、沒有對男生的性需求」，且目前也和女性同住，獲台中高分院採信，因此判決涉案男警性侵犯行成立，依趁機性交罪判處有期徒刑4年。
