美軍盜用軟體 五千萬美元和解

英國廣播公司28日報導，美國軍方多年來涉嫌安裝數以千計未經授權的後勤軟體，美國政府與軟體開發商「Apptricity」同意以5000萬美元（約台幣15億元）和解。對此，美國司法部暫無回應，Apptricity則將用和解金來擴建公司。

總部位於德州的軟體公司Apptricity自2004年起提供美軍後勤軟體，但該公司2012年發現，安裝軟體的使用者多達9000多人，遠多於正版授權登記的500人。該軟體讓軍方能夠追蹤士兵與主要物資的動向，常於救災時使用，2010年海地大地震救災時即派上用場。

Apptricity於2012年提出此案，原本求償2.24億美元（約台幣67.2億元），終以5000萬美元（約台幣15億元）與美國政府和解。達拉斯早報報導，美國司法部發言人證實協議，但拒絕透露細節。
