【短片】婦朝鄰門蹲搖屁股55次　「公然侮辱」

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】一名黃姓婦人(66歲)與張姓鄰居平常不睦，素有怨隙，見張因車禍後行動不便、有機能障礙，今年6月2日公然在菜市場公共走廊上，辱罵張「半身不遂、啃軟、心腸壞」貶抑張人格。
 
張男並以監視器錄下黃女於8月8日到9月10日近1個月時間，每天三不五時去張家門口，公然將屁股朝張家處門口，以蹲馬桶的姿勢搖擺屁股，共搖了55次，以此動作貶抑、嘲弄張的人格、名譽，公然侮辱張。張忍無可忍，錄影後提告。台中地檢署偵結，依公然侮辱罪起訴黃女，黃女將面臨拘役或300元以下罰金。
