大陸設防空識別區　日本要航空公司別理會

根據日本新聞網報導，日本內閣官房長官菅義偉指出，已通知日籍航空公司，大陸劃設的東海防空識別區「對日本不具有任何效力」，要求航空公司別理會，按照現有規則處理。

雖然日本政府拒絕承認東海防空識別區。不過，日本航空公司(JAL)和全日空航空公司(ANA)決定向大陸政府遞交飛行計劃書，日航發言人表示，遞交飛行計劃書是為了避免遭到攔截，引起飛行安全問題，這是唯一的選擇。

報導指出，兩家日籍航空公司準備向大陸政府遞交的飛行計劃書，包括從日本飛往台灣的航線。

飛行計畫書指航空器在起飛前，要呈交給航管單位的計劃書，由航管單位許可後才可實施飛行，內容包括飛行員姓名及地址、航空器廠牌、型號與編號、出發地、航路、預定飛行時間與目的地、搭乘人員、航空器駕駛員與可供應航空器燃料的時間。
