國小教師員額 將增加一千五百個

教育部宣布，明年開始每班國小教師員額編制將從現行的每班一點六人，提高到一點六五人，預計會增加一千五百個國小教師員額。(陳葦庭報導)

教育部國民及學前教育署國中小組長邱乾國說，教育部從一百年開始就開始提高國小教師員額編制，分為四年推動，希望一百零三年每班的教師員額能夠增加到一點六人，到一百零四年的時候增加到一點七人，共增加一千五百個國小教師，其中，這些教師缺額以台中、台南、高雄最多，他說：「基本上會依照她的班級數占全國的比率做基本測算，因為新北市基本上已經一點七了，台北市已經到一點九了，所以我們會用獎勵方式感謝他們的配合，但基礎不會跟別人一樣。」

他補充，調整國小教師員額編制，不只可以提升教學品質還促進教師新陳代謝，避免過多的代課老師，也是對儲備教師的一大利多。
