中石化油管爆炸案 青島公安拘押9人

青島當局25日晚間發表聲明指出，中石化青島輸油管線發生爆炸之後，公安已經逮捕7名中石化員工和2名青島市工作人員。

中石化青島油管於22日上午發生洩漏進而引發爆炸，釀成慘重傷亡。青島公安表示，罹難人數攀升至55人，而在稍早已經確認身份的52名死者中，有42人為男性。這起爆炸案還造成136人受傷、9人失蹤。

這起爆炸是中石化所涉及的最致命事故，中石化已於23日為此事道歉，並表示，將會展開調查。

大陸國家安全生產監督管理總局局長楊棟樑25日表示，中石化青島油管爆炸案暴露出輸油管與下水道設置不合理、安全生產責任不落實、事發後應急處置不當等問題，是一起「十分嚴重的責任事故」。
