高雄市環保局局長陳金德下午4點半召開記者會，宣布日月光K7廠停工。至於裁處書計畫以郵遞寄出，停工令一到即執行。

【聯合新聞網╱綜合報導】高雄市環保局今天裁處日月光K7廠停工，環保局長陳金德表示，日月光K7廠違反《水汙法》73條第6、7、8款屬情節重大，符合勒令停工規定，環保局提出八點理由，指出日月光必須停工改善。

陳金德呼籲日月光盡速提相關改善計畫、復工申請，高市環保局會依法審查，而停工多久視日月光公司所提出的計畫，審查後而定。
