高市祭停工 日月光緊急開會研商

日月光昨天將K7廠停工陳述意見書送達高雄市環保局，環保局專人漏夜審核後，今天(20日)裁處K7廠停工。日月光副總林顯堂傍晚受訪時表示，日月光正在緊急開會討論如何處理後續事宜，目前不便對外發言，等討論出具體結論，將對外發布正式新聞稿。

日月光K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染高雄後勁溪，高雄市環保局9日依照行政程序法規定，先口頭告知勒令停工，再書面通知要求日月光於10天內陳述意見。日月光19日將K7廠停工陳述意見書由專人送達高雄市環保局，經漏夜審核，高雄市政府今天下午由環保局長陳金德宣布裁處K7廠停工。
