日月光停工　經濟部：衝擊程度需視停工時間長短而定

對於日月光K7廠遭勒令停工，經濟部20日晚間表示，日月光停工對產業的衝擊程度，需視停工時間長短而定，經濟部將針對國內客戶的需求，協調其他國內供應商因應，以彌補因日月光停工所造成的產能缺口。

針對高雄市環保局勒令日月光K7廠停工的決定，經濟部表示尊重。

經濟部表示，日月光公司已在19日提交改善計畫給加工出口區管理處，同時經濟部已啟動加強輔導措施，針對日月光楠梓加工區K5、K7、K11三廠的汙水處理設施及管理機制等方面，全力協助改善其缺失，並邀請環保單位共同監督，以符合環保規定，儘速讓日月光復工。

經濟部指出，日月光公司是全球封裝測試產業的龍頭廠商，對國內整體半導體產業具重要戰略地位，停工的衝擊程度需視停工期長短而定，已責成工業局針對日月光國內客戶所需的產能缺口，若有業者提出需求，將協調其他國內供應商因應。

經濟部也呼籲日月光公司在停工期間，務必遵守相關勞動法令，確保員工權益。
