FBI帥哥手淫PO網　毫無藝術性判拘50天

【張沛森／桃園報導】自封為「FBI帥哥」的鄧佳華（19歲），因把自慰影片上傳臉書，桃園地院依《散布猥褻影像罪》判處拘役50日，如易科罰金，以新臺幣1000元折算壹日。

判決書內容指出，鄧男竟為想引起別人的注意、想紅，即拍攝其自慰影像並上傳至個人之臉書網頁供人觀覽，且其裸露生殖器官自慰之影片，其內容毫無藝術性、醫學 性及教育性價值，且為客觀上足以刺激或滿足性慾，而令一般人感覺不堪呈現於眾或不能忍受而排拒之畫面，已足以侵害性之道德感情。
