前副總統呂秀蓮下午拜訪士林區基層，對於台大醫師柯文哲，呂秀蓮受訪時說，最近民進黨有個外星人來拜訪，按理來講，若要加入民進黨，應強調民進黨對台灣的貢獻很大，入黨感到很光榮，「如果認為入黨後不會選上，還要入黨，這不是很奇怪嗎？」
