高市環局宣布八罪狀 日月光K7停工

高雄市環保局今天下午4點30分，以8大罪狀宣布日月光停工。

高市環保局長陳金德說，環保局長陳金德細數K7廠八大罪狀，日月光多次違反水汙法，裁罰6次至今未改善；有酸水任意溢流排至後勁溪；供稽查員抽驗的廢水摻自來水稀釋；未經流量計，繞流排出；未經許可，10月5日至7日私設海放管排放廢水；環保局派員廿四小時駐廠發現，廢水處理設施是壞的，無法正常運作；且數據申報不實，涉嫌隱匿；廢水中鎳重金屬超標1000倍等。

環保局強調，日月光違規情節，經認定符合水汙染防治法第73條第6款、第7款、第8款規定情節重大，決定處以停工令。
