陳守煌說要辭又不辭 惹惱羅瑩雪

法務部長羅瑩雪今天說，13日高檢署檢察長陳守煌遞請辭聲明，她讚他「放得下、豁達」。不料14日檢評會決議出爐，認定陳有接受關說拒辭，令羅很意外，決定依檢評會決議，記他警告並調職。
