4位遭監院彈劾 竹縣主動配合調查

監察委員林鉅鋃今天公布年度統計政院遭糾正、彈劾總案件數中，自今年元旦至12月5日為止，共彈劾案18案、被彈劾人數41人。其中農委會6人最多、衛福部、南投縣府各5人居次，第三名為新竹縣4人，法務部、國科會、退輔會各3人。

新竹縣府發表聲明指出，新竹縣4位被彈劾人，涉貪事證明確，是縣府主動移送4人至監察院審議，並創下中華民國地方制度法實施以來，縣市首長不讓涉貪民選鄉長復職首例。

新竹縣政府還表示，「廉能」是公務人員核心價值，縣府也將持續下去。

五峰鄉公所去年九月爆發涉貪案，指出鄉公所利用發包工程收回扣，監察院今年七月彈劾鄉長葉賢民、秘書高瑞馨、建設課長曾文光、主計室主任李如載等人，四人分別遭停職或調職。
