與人口角不爽　男洩憤當街開9槍遭逮

【李俊淇／新北報導】台北市1名29歲陳姓男子，日前和人發生口角，事後越想越氣，竟在蘆洲長興路上拿出手槍朝附近民宅開槍，將整個彈夾打光洩憤後離去。警方今晨6時許，循線逮補借住友人家的陳男，並查扣犯案用的德國制式HK USP手槍及7發子彈（6發姆彈和1發普通子彈）。

警方表示，陳嫌當時對著空屋射擊，鐵捲門上發現5個彈孔，附近的牆壁上發現4顆彈孔，所幸該民宅早已無人居住，未造成人員傷亡。警方訊後依違反《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》移送法辦，並持續調查是否有共犯。
