普安堂案 文化部：貫徹文資精神

文化部針對土城百年古廟普安堂保存案，今天再度重申，文資保存是重要價值，文化部從不退縮，絕對會依法貫徹文資精神。

文化部表示，昨天已依文資法要求新北市政府盡速登錄普安堂的「外山門及現存石砌步道、山壁石刻、合院磚造建築現存之正身壁體」為歷史建築。

不過，文化部強調，經新北市古蹟審查會議審議的文資範圍，不宜與新建築物混為一談。因此，非文資登錄範圍之建築，文化部必須尊重法院三審定讞的判決。文化部呼籲各界，唯有秉持文資精神，並遵法守法，文資保存工作才有可能持續推動，並徹底落實。
