前總統陳水扁被控侵占機密公文案，因律師團主張他的精神狀況不穩定，台北地方法院今天傍晚指出，經高雄長庚醫院名譽副院長陳順勝團隊鑑定後，認定陳水扁患有重度憂鬱、疑有妄想症狀，出現自殺意念，不堪舟車勞累，生命或健康上有難以預測的風險，因此合議庭裁定停止審判。
