經部憂停工逾3月 波及半導體供應鏈

高雄市環保局勒令日月光K7廠停工，經濟部表示尊重，也很遺憾會對產業造成負面影響。經濟部次長杜紫軍擔心，如果停工時間超過三個月，上下游供應鏈一旦轉往國外廠商，要爭取回來就不容易，台灣的半導體供應鏈可能會被波及。（戎華儀報導）

半導體封裝測試的供應鏈上游，包括IC晶片設計和晶圓鑄造廠商。經濟部常務次長杜紫軍表示，經濟部現在最擔心的是，日月光出現問題後，上游廠商應該會尋找其他的封測廠商因應，勢必會有些訂單轉往國外廠商，以後要爭取回來會比較辛苦，如果停工時間超過三個月，影響層面會波及台灣的半導體供應鏈。

杜紫軍：『讓你的競爭對手有長大的機會，將來會威脅到台灣的封裝業。別人長大以後，就會影響到其他比日月光...原來比較小的那些封裝業，當然競爭對手就會對他產生影響。』

根據經濟部的了解，日月光在國內每座工廠的生產製程不盡相同，日月光自身有多少產能可以轉承接K7廠的產能，或能容納多少產量，必須由日月光對外說明。
